Today was my nephews blessing. I might have been running a few minutes late, but glad that Luke's blessing was second to his cousin! ;) I always love my time with the family, and my little people. Love them dearly.
On the way home from CT, I got to listen to a few minutes of country music. I find it odd that out of the millions of people that live in the greater NYC metro area, they have yet to put in a country station. There is just something about country music that is "comfort food" to me.
And all I have to say at the moment is:
And it's a great day to be alive
I know the sun's still shinin when I close my eyes
There's some hard times in the neigborhood
But why can't every day be just this good?

Sorry Lis, we don't like country music.
Social Sundays: sounds so fun. I miss that about Boston. Those get togethers everyone really needs because most people don't have family around!
